John Sperzel, Chief Executive Officer

John Sperzel was appointed as ITC’s Chief Executive Officer effective September, 2011. Prior to ITC, John held leadership positions with Axis-Shield, Bayer Diagnostics, Instrumentation Laboratory and Boehringer Mannheim Diagnostics (Roche). He received a B.S. from Plymouth State University and currently serves as an advisor to the board of the Diagnostic Marketing Association.

Tom Bielan, Chief Financial Officer

Tom Bielan was appointed as ITC’s Chief Financial Officer effective April, 2012. Prior to ITC, Tom held leadership positions at Mindray, Datascope, Miltex, and Teleflex. He received a B.S. from Montclair State University, an M.B.A. from Fordham University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brett Giffin, Chief Commercial Officer

Brett Giffin was appointed as ITC’s Chief Commercial Officer effective April, 2012.  Brett joined ITC in 2007 as Vice President of Marketing and previously held leadership positions at Draeger Medical, IDEV Technologies, Datascope, Mallinckrodt, Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson.  He received a B.A. from William & Mary, an M.A. from University of Phoenix, and served as a captain in the United States Army.

Frank LaDuca Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer

Frank LaDuca was appointed as ITC’s Chief Scientific Officer effective April, 2012. Prior to ITC, Frank held leadership positions at Polymer Technology Systems, Siemens Diagnostics and Bayer Healthcare.  He received a B.S. from SUNY-Albany, M.S. and Ph.D. from SUNY-Buffalo and completed a NIH fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Diane Norton, Chief Operations Officer

Diane Norton was appointed as ITC’s Chief Operations Officer effective April, 2012. Diane joined ITC in 2003 as VP, Manufacturing and previously held leadership positions at Diametrics Medical. She received a B.S. from Metro State University.
